How much is the retainer fee?

The retainer fee is 50% of each session. Retainer fees are non-refundable and is required for secure your sessions date and time.

Can I purchase additional services?

Can I purchase additional services?
Yes here is the list...
- Access to all images without watermark: $50
- Additional Retouch: $15
- Additional Session Hour: $75
- Additional Persons: $10 per person

Where are you located and Do you travel?

I am currently located in Atlanta, GA, but I am available to travel anywhere. My packages includes 25 miles total round trip. Mileage exceeding this amount will incur additional charges.
If you are requesting a shoot in another state, please contact photographer directly to discuss.

Can I reschedule my session?

Clients are allowed one schedule change at no cost based on photographers availability. This request must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the shoot.
Any request after will incur additional charges.

When will I get my photos?

Upon completing your session, you will receive a copy of your personalized gallery with your "proofs/unedited" photos (for viewing purposes only) within 48 hours of your session date.
Final edits will be delivered within 14 days of your selections.
If final edits are required within a 7 day period (or less), additional fees may occur.

What does retouching (edits) include?

Here at Reaux Woods, each retouch in unique!

Most retouches include the following:
- Skin Correction
- Blemish Removal
- Airbrushing
- Teeth Whitening
- Removing of Stray Hairs
- Background Enhancement
- ETC

If you have any specific request for your retouches, please do not hesitate to notify.

What happens if I am late to a session?

In the events that you are late to a session, the photoshoot may still proceed but ONLY for the remainder of the allotted time for your session.

If you are over 20 mins late for your session, additional charges may occur

If your tardiness exceeds half of your session time, your session will automatically be cancelled. Please be advised that the deposit/retainer fee is non-refundable.

To avoid any discrepancies, please communicate with the photographer!
